I appreciated the hotel's proximity to several parks and landmarks, making my urban strolls enjoyable, while also being close to a large mall for any essentials. it was truly convenient to have such a vibrant local scene a short walk away.

The air conditioning struggled to cool adequately!!! A lack of reliable hot water is disappointing!!! The rusted balcony railing and broken lock felt unsafe!!! Consider investing in better maintenance!!!

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring and there's a great taco place next door. Clean rooms with fast internet helped us unwind after day trips to Playa Mujeres and Xcaret. The staff was friendly and breakfast options were decent.

Spacious queen room with all the basics like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The location is perfect for exploring Cancun's vibrant life. It’s easy to get to the Hotel Zone via public transport. Breakfast had fresh pastries and unique local juices, and the friendly staff made dining a delightful experience.

The Junior King Suite was clean and cozy, but not super spacious. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Shower pressure was decent. Didn't have any major issues, though I wish it had more seating or lounge space. Just a basic room for a couple of nights. Overall, not bad, but nothing to rave about.

Just a balanced option for a fleeting pause in Cancun with good value. The rooms are decent and comfy. The included breakfast was a nice surprise. A tip, be ready for some noise from the hallway.
